Did you know that sûnens means 'cheers' and 'to your health' in Frisian? Something I learned while installing the Bisto Grutsk exhibition. I was commissioned by Sûnenz/ZuidOostZorg to create sixteen portraits for Museum Opsterlân. The result was unveiled today!

Wist je dat sûnens ‘proost’ en ‘op je gezondheid’ betekent in het Fries? Leerde ik tijdens het opbouwen van de tentoonstelling Bisto Grutsk. Ik was door Sûnenz/ZuidOostZorg gevraagd om zestien portretten voor Museum Opsterlân te maken. Het resultaat werd vandaag onthuld!
