Dish

DISH is the brainchild of two friends, Sander Martens and Tassos Sarampalis. Though they come from very different parts of the world, they are both inspired by food, Sander as a photographer and Tassos as food writer. Together, they explore the taste and nature of food, visually, culturally, and artistically, influenced by their international and local experiences. The column appeared in Villa d'Arte (Kookkunst) every two months.

DISH is het geesteskind van twee vrienden, Sander Martens en Tassos Sarampalis. Hoewel ze uit heel verschillende delen van de wereld komen, zijn ze allebei geïnspireerd door eten, Sander als fotograaf en Tassos als schrijver. Samen verkennen ze de smaak en aard van voedsel, visueel, cultureel en artistiek, beïnvloed door hun internationale en lokale ervaringen.
