Just finished reading this, and I highly recommend it: “Style: Why People Read (and Why They Don’t)” by Kitty Kilian. I honestly couldn’t describe it better than she does on the back cover:
Thirty writing tips for copywriters, bloggers, writers, and ICU nurses. In short: for anyone who already writes, but wants to write so well that their reader elbows their partner. “Damn it, Carla, you need to read this too.”
Kitty Kilian was a journalist (NRC Handelsblad), a journalism lecturer (University of Groningen, School of Journalism), and since 2011 she has been teaching business blogging slash copywriting (DeBlogacademie.nl). “Delicate as a hand grenade.”

Net uitgelezen en beslist een aanrader: “Stijl: Waarom lezers lezen (en waarom niet)” van Kitty Kilian. Ik kan het niet beter omschrijven dan ze zelf op de achterkant van haar boekje doet:
30 Schrijftips voor copywriters, bloggers, tekstschrijvers en IC-verpleegkundigen. Kortom: voor iedereen die al schrijft, maar die zó goed wil schrijven dat zijn lezer zijn vrouw aanstoot. “Verdorie, Carla, dit moet jij óók lezen.”
